ABOUT POTTEROO
Potteroo Pottery Studio is a creative space inspired by Australia’s extraordinary native flora and fauna.
Named after the critically endangered Gilbert’s potoroo, the studio was created as a place to slow down, make with your hands, and deepen your connection to the natural world.
Through pottery classes, workshops, and handcrafted ceramics, Potterroo celebrates the beauty, character, and importance of native species, encouraging creativity while gently fostering awareness, curiosity, and care for Australia’s unique environment.

ABOUT LILY

Lily is a ceramic artist and educator who has spent over twenty-five years teaching children about the wonders of nature, particularly the plants and animals native to Western Australia.
Her deep love of the environment shapes both her teaching and her art, with each piece drawing inspiration from real species and the uninhibited creativity she so admires in young people.
Lily’s ceramics are playful, thoughtful, and expressive, created with the hope of bringing joy, sparking learning, and reminding us of the vital role nature plays in our wellbeing.
